I am not really a stressed out person, but I realize that my blog probably makes me sound kind of stressed. I usually blog to vent a little bit. I am actually feeling really stressed at the moment because I have a ton of things to do and I cannot figure out how to post a comment on other people's blogs. Everytime I try it asks me for an account type. When I enter an account type it redirects me and won't allow me to post my comment. I think it is funny how the smallest, most insignificant things tend to stress us out.
What is really ironic is that as I write this post I remembered the breathing techniques from my stress psychobiology class and I decided to try them out! It actually kind of worked! I love the irony of it!

After spending nearly 30 minutes trying posting a comment I finally found out that I was suppose to type in the words below to make sure I was a real user. I hope this helps you out Dan. Another technique that helps me with my stress level is just reading the book of mormon. I never realized how at peace you can be while reading this book. Have a great day Dan.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you on how we let the little things stress us out. In life I have realized that after the fact what we thought was the most important thing in the world at the time, was nothing really. I hate when I spend so much time on the little things that I miss the big things.
